Krystal Meade, RN

Krystal went out of her way today to help a patient admitted with severe mental deficits (down syndrome). The patient wasn't even assigned to Krystal, but she took every opportunity to check on him, make sure he ate, and ask if he had his favorite cartoon on. She talked even though he didn't respond. Krystal handled the patient with kindness, respect, and tenderness. It was a delight to witness!
