She was quickly able to convert my time spent at the Cardiac Cath Lab from tension to trust in your health care services! I arrived very uptight and frightened by the prospects of the TEE test and Cardioversion procedure, as well as the possible outcomes. Krystal relaxed the whole situation and every one that participated in my preparation. By the time I had been medically prepared for the test and treatment I relaxed and was ready to participate freely and willingly. I credit Ms. Mitten for this professional direction and control of my personal situation, knowledge and caring. Given that my late husband practiced family medicine and operated a small hospital in this area for many years, I have known many nurses and healthcare staff. Krystal is one of the best!
