When my wife and I entered the hospital for her C-section, we were both nervous. We arrived having a good opinion of Texas Children's Hospital and were confident of the care we were to receive but there was still the natural uneasiness regarding the unknown. By the time Krystal had spent ten minutes with us, not only were we calm, relaxed, and laughing, we both knew that if we ever needed to come to a children's hospital regarding anything, it would be here. From the beginning to the end she was amazing, and that is not said lightly. We cannot thank her enough for making us feel so very warm and special. I am sure that we are one of many families who have been taken care of by Krystal, but that feeling only stems from logic because if I did not know any better I would feel like she handpicked us to be the family that she was going the extra mile for, and I am still awed by that quality which she must exude day in and day out.
