Krystal Willson, RN

I want to recognize Krystal. Krystal took extraordinary care of my husband. Krystal consistently repositioned him, monitored him, provided medication and nutrition, and cleaned him immediately. Each day I witnessed as they provided comfort and care to my husband as he lay unconscious for two weeks. Krystal was one of the RNs I witnessed bring my husband back after he went into cardiac arrest. Additionally, Krystal was kind to me and always ensured I was comfortable, as I remained at his side until his passing.

Krystal answered every question, was so attentive, and went above and beyond, I mentioned I was hoping to comb/brush my mom’s hair to prevent tangles, and this nurse not only got conditioner and a comb but brushed my mom’s hair too. What an amazing example of extraordinary care. When I wanted to braid it but didn’t know how, Krystal offered, this nurse is truly a great example of the kindness and humanity we all need in times of trouble. Always answered questions made sure to keep vitals under control and medications on time.
