No matter what I needed during my stay, Krystel accommodated me. RNs don't usually take to any old task, but Krystel did it all with a smile. She pursued the pharmacy repeatedly for me to get medication for my husband. She didn't care how many calls she had to make. She also commended me on how well I take care of my husband who is blind and needs quite a bit of help at home. She told me how great his skin looked and how well I take care of him. She encouraged me! We all need encouragement at some point in our lives. She is a very compassionate woman and she is in the right field!
