Krystian is a night-shift team manager in the emergency department. She is a leader who leads by example. She is both knowledgeable and compassionate. She is a constant resource for her colleagues and is prepared to help answer questions at all times of the day and night. Every healthcare provider should aspire to be the kind of nurse, person, and leader that Krystian is. We are lucky to have her on our team in the ED and I hope that she knows how admired she is.
