Krystin is a special person and an even more amazing nurse! When my family and I needed support, there she was just like an angel. My brother has a seizure disorder that leaves him unable to walk or talk. He gave us a scare one night he was in the ICU with pneumonia, and we thought we might lose him. I remember running up to the unit with my sister and parents to be by his side and there Krystin was. She took charge and put all our worries at ease. She communicated, jumped into action, and even stopped to get us some water. Over the course of the weekend, she made sure to keep us informed and would check in.

She is one of a kind and will always hold a special place in my family’s heart. As a nurse myself, I know this is a calling and she embodies it. Thank you, Krystin, for all your love, compassion, and selflessness.
