Kudzai made us feel comfortable while my husband was there. She had time to talk to us, pray with us and she prepared us. Once my husband was transferred, Kudzai came by to see how he was settled in. I felt like I had known her forever. Once my husband passed, she sent an individual card with a note; so sweet and caring. She knew her job and went above it to make this time more manageable.
