Clement is an exceptionally skilled nurse who has a great attitude alongside a brilliant leadership approach. He is always consistent and has supported me fully during some of my most challenging times. He is often the shift coordinator or nurse in charge and always maintains good morale and organization of the staff team. I feel that my care needs have been fully met and exceeded in many ways. Clement and I built a good rapport, smiling and laughing often. We played chess and other games together with other patients, and it was such a good experience. During the most challenging times, Clement advised and guided me through with words of encouragement and support. I will always be grateful for the time that I spent at Phoenix Ward. The level of care I have received was exceptional, and the nursing team is incredible. The A-team are my personal favourites and I felt so well cared for that I was able to work through my feelings and mental health issues. ​

I will forever be grateful to Clement for the support and care he has given me. It was of the highest standard that I have ever received as a patient.
