Kurt became one of the bedside nurses of my husband. He was able to take good care of him, having friendly conversations and showing empathy towards my family. He regularly checked on my husband making sure his needs were accommodated.

Kurt was so compassionate and whenever I ask for help or assistance, he never hesitated to attend to us immediately without delay. There was one time when I had to go out of the hospital, he took care of my husband and the donor as well. Regarding his clinical skills as a nurse, I give him a 5-star ranking. He knows the cases of his patients and the medications were promptly carried out. One thing I like about him was that he was very approachable.

Kurt is a very jolly person. He brings positive energy to patients, even when they are in pain. Every time he enters our room, he would greet my husband with a smile and say words that made him, and us, smile and laugh. I remember yesterday he was going to change the IV insertion of TPN, my husband was in pain because his arm is swelling. He kept on telling Kurt to do the insertion with no pain, what he did was he cracked jokes to the patient so he would not feel the pain. He was so patient with him and after the IV insertion, my husband told him "I like you" and in 2 weeks of confinement, that's the first time he said that to a nurse.

Kurt is helpful and attentive. He makes his patients comfortable any way he can. He comes to the room whenever paged. Even in just opening the bathroom door to cover the light that the glares the patient's eyes when sleeping. There are other incidents that I can't remember, but Kurt has rapport and empathy with his patients.
