I had a lot of good nurses during my stay at the hospital. They were very caring, but Kurtis stands out by far more than any. He treated me with care from the moment I was able to keep my eyes open. He took the time to answer my questions, took time to listen to me. When he flushed my IV he always asked if it burned or hurt. No one else did that. Kurtis just went the extra mile in my care.

Hospitals need more nurses like Kurtis, for the people of Lincoln County to get the best care from him, you better not let him go somewhere else. Kurtis told me (more than once) to keep my meds in their own bottles, not all together. After 5 days, Kurtis told me that I'd better be sent home because he didn't want to see me there when he came back to work after his days off. By the grace of God and all the good care I got, I was able to get to go home.
