When our loved one got into an accident and was transferred to Illinois Masonic for care, we were so worried, nervous, and anxious about how the outcome would be. Kyle was there from the beginning in the ED and intermittently during the stay in the SICU. He made sure that our family was well informed of our loved one's condition and explained everything clearly so that we can understand. His bedside manner is phenomenal, his patience and compassion are demonstrated in his work and in his attitude. He is truly there for the patients he cares for and I am truly grateful that he is a nurse and that he will continue to give excellent care for patients to come.
