Kyle Downs was our first contact at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St. Vincent. During that time, everything was unknown. We didn't know what was happening to our grandson, what they would be doing, what tests, etc. Kyle was a breath of fresh air when he came into the room, he was informative, he was funny, and he was personable. During such a time of unknown answers, Kyle was a relief. We felt comfortable with him. He asked if we trusted him and we absolutely did. Our family was anxious, nervous, and worried beyond belief. Kyle understood and was patient and calmed us with his presence. We will be forever thankful for his care.
