I witnessed some of the best nursing care I have seen in a long time. Kyle Figura had a 6-year-old intubated patient who needed a dressing change. Instead of sedating her, he sat down, and she got onto his lap. He held her through the entire dressing change and she was much more at ease. This is so incredible to see. It shows Kyle's compassion for his job and patients. He is always an amazing RN, but today he went above and beyond.
