Kyle took care of my husband after he was transferred from the intensive care unit to cardiovascular stepdown unit. My husband was in distress especially after a major surgery of quadruple bypass and an aortic valve replacement. Kyle walked in with a smile and asked my husband "what can I do for you?" My husband talked to him about what was bothering him and Kyle was standing there listening to him with all the compassion and care in the world. While he listened, you could see his eyes fill with respect for this person whom he just met. Kyle made my husband feel like a human being again. His patience and respect, compassion and dedication towards his patients makes all the difference in a patient's recovery. That's exactly what patients need, in addition to medical help. Our many thanks, gratitude, and respect for this incredible human being. Kyle will always be in our hearts.
