Kyle once took the time to ease a pre-operative patient's anxiety, as he was scheduled for an emergent surgery to remove his gallbladder. He sat down beside the patient in the PACU holding room, explained the process from pre-op to OR to recovery and answered all of the patient's questions. His lighthearted yet diligent attitude helps pre-operative patients get over their fears during a very stressful situation in their lives. Kyle embodies the values of a true Advocate Nurse, dedicated, compassionate, and holistic.
