My 85-year-old husband suffered two bad falls. He has Parkinson’s disease and is a pretty big guy. The staff at Encompass have been amazing and wonderful. The techs have been especially helpful – he had some favorites. But the nurse who stands out is Kyle Miller, RN. She was always positive and encouraging. She treated my husband with respect and courtesy and always greeted him as if he is important to her. Kyle is careful and professional but always pleasant and fun. She cared for my husband and our family, recognizing the challenges his condition created for me, his 82-year-old wife. She was an outstanding representative of the nursing profession. I used to hire and fire nurses when I was the Director of Nursing for a local hospital and Kyle is the type of nurse, I valued the most!

I came here after a motorcycle wreck and spent over a week here. I was not sure what to expect. From the moment I got to my room, Kyle was so good to me. She checked up on my pain medications and kept me informed on everything going on. I felt like family to her. She was so caring which makes all the difference when you are a patient in pain and not knowing what to expect. I cannot express enough how important Kyle is to this place and the patients here. She eased my pain and my heart. These kinds of people are so important in our lives. God works through her in so many ways. God works through Kyle every day. She is good people.
