Kyle took the time to coordinate and schedule to get one of her patients outside to get fresh air and sunlight. This patient had been in the SICU for 70 days. The patient had a tracheostomy with IVF's and needed total care. Kyle coordinated with the unit PCA Stephanie Lenard, two lift team members, Shane and Christ, who helped get the patient to a reclining rolling chair, and transport her with all the equipment outside on a bright sunny day. This made a difference for the patient. The patient and her daughters were so happy, they got a new perspective about patient care and new hopes for patient total recuperation. Great job.
