When I first came to the unit, Kyle made me feel extremely comfortable. He was attentive and understanding of my situation. I had been hospitalized the previous week for the same thing. He made me smile when I was down and explained every medication for me. He even called the facility where I was staying to make sure my belongings were safe. Kyle went above and beyond my expectations. He even came to check on me when I was not his patient. Kyle is an exceptional nurse. I have spent a lot of time in the hospital in the past couple of years and Kyle stands out compared to all of the other nurses. I am often judged due to my diagnosis and because of my major depressive disorder and anxiety, but not by Kyle. Not once did he look down on me or judge me. This made me feel even more comfortable with him taking care of me. I really want to thank him. I requested him as my nurse every day because of his kindness and his great sense of humor. It is special to find a good understanding nurse who cares. And I found that with Kyle.
