Kyle managed to make us all seem cared for and found ways to make us all smile and even laugh a little.
My mother was admitted from the ER and we were given some terrifying, horrifying, and heartbreaking news. Kyle took time to make sure we understood and although he did not sugarcoat things, he didn’t talk down to us but took a very great deal of time out of his very busy day to help us both understand and accept. He treated my mom like she was his own mother, but managed to do it with the most professionalism. Kyle managed to make us all seem cared for and found ways to make us all smile and even laugh a little. He is one of the most caring yet professional nurses I have ever come across.
The room we were in at first was extremely small with only one chair. He managed to get her moved to a different room which was a huge blessing for both my mom and all of her worried, heartsick family members. We will never forget his caring and kindness. He showed extreme patience even when multiple family members asked him to repeat information and answers to questions again and again.
