During my unexpected trip to the Emergency Department, I had Kylee as my nurse. She was warm and welcoming and got me everything I needed very quickly. My infant had to travel to the hospital with me and Kylee was great at navigating my care while having her in the room. She kept the lights dimmed and did everything quietly so my baby could sleep through the night. It took so much stress out of the situation for me. I cannot thank her enough for the care she gave not only to me but to my whole family unit.
