The day after my son came, I was exhausted and my milk wasn't coming in as quickly as I wanted. I ended up having a mini breakdown shortly after Kylene Iachini's shift started and she handled it like a champ! She was able to calm me down, make me understand that, realistically, I was probably just exhausted, which I was, and was able to come up with a plan for the night that I was ready to agree with! She didn't disturb us more than necessary through the night. I was finally able to get some sleep and she was able to calm me down about my son getting donor milk. She was super open and honest and it was super refreshing. We really liked and appreciated her!
