Nurse Kylie DiLeo handled my concerns with empathy and compassion, far exceeding her duty call. She was kind, courteous, and understanding in a way that cannot go unnoticed. Not only did Kylie allow me a safe space to talk about my pain, but she also took every measure to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. With pain comes emotional turmoil, and she understood and validated all my concerns. Even with a full load of patients to care for, I felt like a priority. She worked around me when I finally found a comfortable position while performing her duties, and she met all my needs in a friendly, helpful, and heartfelt manner.
