It’s hard to put into words how relieved I felt when Kylie was caring for my daughter, who had pneumonia. When my daughter’s O2 stats dropped in the middle of the night, even though she was on 1.5L of O2, I was terrified. When I looked up, Kylie was already in the room monitoring her. She stayed to make sure she was okay and collaborated with the doctor to have another pair of eyes on her and make sure she was okay. She was very knowledgeable, hardworking, and energetic and also helped us to laugh. I will always remember that night and feel blessed that Kylie was our night nurse for two nights.
