Kylie is an outstanding example of a caring, compassionate, yet firm nurse and teacher that cared for me during my recovery from heart bypass surgery. I kept trying to get up incorrectly, and she firmly and patiently insisted that I do it right, even enlisting coworkers and therapists to encourage and watch me. When I cried from pain and frustration, she told me of a personal milestone of her own. She was always cheerful, never seemed hurried, and provided professional nursing care as second nature. Every nurse that cared for me was special, Kylie is the ONE Super Hero RN for me!
