Kylie showed extreme patience with multiple experiences we had with family and visitors. Not only did she show great patience, but she also showed so much compassion and love for my grandmother. The next day she was not assigned to my grandmother's room but she came back multiple times to talk with her and help when she needed it. I would say she did this because she truly cared. I appreciate Kylie and all the love she showed and patience she exhibited.
