She was pleasant in getting appointments made when dealing with community care and within the VA. I was most impressed when I was hospitalized at Carle she called me to see how I was doing and although it was not in her duties, she assured me that if I needed help when I got home that she would help if needed. Kylie is very patient and kind and very professional with everyone in this home. If I have any questions, she can make sure that they are answered in a way that I understand. I consider her to be my go-to nurse for getting things done and can laugh and cry because I trust her to be humorous and serious. She is not only my nurse but also a friend. I believe she needs to be recognized and that’s why I’m nominating her.
