I was asked to see a patient's wife who had some significant concerns about her husband's care. Prior to my visit, Kylie had already built a rapport with this patient and his family and turned this experience around. The patient's wife said Kylie was the first person who really took the time to explain things to her. "She is amazing. You have to keep her."
