Kylie Thompson, RN

I'm writing this letter to explain just how wonderful I was treated during my stay at Northwest Hospital by your nurse Kylie Thompson. I can't explain the bedside manner this amazing lady has. I know there were times I was in absolute pain and tears and she stayed with me and distributed my medicine on time, every time. She never left the room until I was completely comfortable and somewhat back to normal as possible. She talked to me in order to calm me and did it with true compassion and care. I've never been treated with such respect by a nurse and in such a professional way the way she handled every obstacle. She is an amazing nurse and I feel sorry for any nurse that ever has to care for me again because the bar she set was a 10 out of 10. Her kindness is unmatched, her alertness is spot on and I'm honored and feel like the luckiest patient in the world because she was my nurse. Thank you for everything!
