Kylie was a GREAT nurse to my daughter who was in for Gallbladder removal. This was my daughter's first time being admitted to a hospital. Kylie made her feel so relaxed and assured of positive experience. It was difficult to get an IV started in my daughter. Kylie knew and called in additional assistance and she knew when they were not going to get the IV started upstairs. She was smart enough and caring enough nurse to know that the IV would have to be started in the surgery unit with the help of ultrasound. Kylie put reducing my daughter's discomfort from multiple sticks/attempts over her pride of getting the IV started on the floor.
Kylie was great when we returned to the 8th floor after surgery. She made sure my daughter knew what to expect as far as discomfort.
Kylie was very concerned about my wife and me and how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make us more relaxed.
