Kylie has been very caring and comforting with L. We appreciate the empathy and level on which she connects with L every time she is on watch. L feels safe around her and we definitely rest our minds on the fact she is well-prepared and handles every situation in the most outstanding manner. She has done an excellent role supporting D during the long hours and difficult situations she has had to endure these past months. She has a special space in our hearts forever.

Kylie is always amazing. She's gentle, understanding, and she takes pride in her job. What stood out the most is throughout my son's journey, she is the only nurse to ask my name and address me by my name. That makes me feel like a person instead of being called "mom" all day.
