Her door is always open, and she approaches every interaction with kindness and genuine concern. What truly sets Kym apart is her willingness to go far beyond the expectations of her role. Her dedication, leadership, and support are felt throughout every corner of our organization.

She regularly steps in to support other departments, offering her time and expertise without hesitation. Kym consistently shows up to many campus events to participate and recognize the team members at Baptist Beaches. For example, at our recent Lotus award ceremony, Kym demonstrated her selfless spirit by stepping in without hesitation to read the nomination story and support the Lotus team, who had several members working in their departments due to staffing issues. The ceremony was late in the day, it was a last-minute ask, and her daughter was sick, but Kym helped us out without complaint. It's moments like these, when Kym quietly yet powerfully leads by example, that remind us how fortunate we are to have her.

Kym is deeply committed to community engagement. She actively contributes to initiatives such as United Way efforts, serving meals at Mission House, local beach events, and community parades, bringing people together and representing the organization with pride and enthusiasm. Her involvement reflects a genuine desire to make a positive impact not only within the hospital but throughout the community.
