I cannot say enough about all the amazing things Kymberlin has been doing. She is not only committed to improving our patients' experiences, but she is also diligent in making sure our patients receive the care they need as well as deserve.

She has done a phenomenal job in increasing our ED scores, and I just heard her team has significantly improved their documentation. Furthermore, I can feel and see an improvement in overall morale back in the ED since she has stepped up.
