Kymberly has been a constant, present, and calming force through the changes in our unit due to the COVID response. She has been available for questions and concerns of our unit. Kymberly has been consistent in utilizing staff as available while being respectful of staff's new needs presented by the pandemic, juggling gracefully and professionally, the needs of the staff as well as the unit needs. Coordinating the staffing sheet as well as she has, alone, is remarkable. It has truly been a blessing having her in a leadership role for our peri-op team.
