... it is rewarding to observe the excellent care, compassion, and kindness that all of Kyndall's patients and family members receive. Her first and foremost focus is always on the patients. She strives on a daily basis to reach the Bigger Aim. Numerous patients have said how grateful they were to Kyndall for the excellent care she had given not only to them, but their whole family. Fellow staff have expressed "many thanks" to Kyndall for help in critical situations. Staff rely on her knowledge in stressful and critical situations. She does everything she can to make a hospital stay as stress free as possible with the best possible outcome.

Kyndall also has served as Nursing Supervisor in Cardiology Intensive Care. In this role she does an exceptional job. The staff trust and respect her completely. The decisions that she makes reflects integrity, outstanding team work, mercy and excellence. She serves as a role model to all the staff when she was a Staff Nurse and now Nursing Supervisor. She advocates that all her patients achieve our BIG(GER) Aim: to get each patient to the desired outcome, first without harm, also without waste, and with an exceptional experience for every patient and family. She represents Mission at all times showing Mercy, Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Trust, and Teamwork (our MERIT values).
