Kynzie Stansberry, RN

Kynzie Stansberry is the best nurse I have ever encountered. I was terrified that our son would not make it when I first came over to see him in the NICU. Kynzie took time to walk my husband and I through every procedure with patience and kindness. She went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. She validated our concerns while reassuring us that all would be well. On top of all that, when I was experiencing a spinal headache, she took care of me too. It was terrifying to not have adequate postpartum care and to be in so much pain. Kynzie took care of our son, me, and my husband. She encouraged me. I actually think she may have been an angel. I don’t know how we would have made it through those first few shifts without her. She was the only nurse we felt comfortable with leaving our son with when we went home. She deserves more than just an award! Thank you, Kynzie! Our son is home and healthy, and we owe it to you. Thank you, we appreciate you.
