I gave birth to my son at BDAACH, and the delivery method turned into an emergency C-section. I was not expecting C-sections to be so traumatizing both physically and emotionally. Nurse Cho at the WICU department was extremely gentle and patient with me. She made me feel like a patient and not just a number. Nurse Choi went above and beyond. I believe she was my son's nurse for that night. She noticed that both my husband and I were extremely tired, and she offered to help us feed and keep our son for a bit so we could get some sleep. She has no idea what a difference she made in our night. She was so gentle with our baby. I knew he was in good hands. I don't think I could ever thank her enough for that act of kindness. I hope she knows she's very valuable.
