Kyoung has been the evening shift charge nurse for quite a few years on the Rehab unit. Evenings can be an extremely busy time and she is a great asset. Her experience of working with Rehab patients show in her good judgment decisions. She often deals with patients and family that are upset or difficult with compassion and respect for the vulnerable time they are experiencing. Kyoung is reliable as a good resource as well as her growth into a good team leader. She goes above and beyond to make sure patient issues are addressed and solved. Thank you Kyoung.
