Kyra is kind and makes you feel like she cares. I was very scared of what I was going through. I was having a hard time. She took the time to reassure me everything was going to be okay. She talked to me about what I was going through. She told me what it was all about. She would listen to me and she understood how I was feeling. I am so happy that God sent her to be with me. She listened to me - talked about my family and my dog. She helped me through a very bad time. Thank you for having an Extraordinary Nurse. My husband could not come and see me, he had the flu. She made me understand things like that happen. That's when I knew I could count on her to talk to and feel better. Thank you, Kyra Hess the world is a better place with you in it.
