I was in the Emergency Department with my mother during an extremely busy and overwhelming day, and although the staff were trying their best to be attentive to my mother's need, the care she was receiving was not what she needed, until Kyrstie arrived. Kyrstie was kind and gentle and treated my mother with care and respect. She always made herself available throughout our stay and was patient with us. Kyrstie stood out to us for the exemplary care she provided to my mother and myself. You can tell Nursing and patient care is a calling for her, and it made all the difference in the world to our experience.
