Gah….where to begin! Krystyn has this spirit about her & warmness about her. Such a presence. She walks in greeting you with a big smile, “how are you, I’m your nurse tonight, is there anything I can do for you?” She made me feel like her only patient. She took a lot of time to talk to me and give me encouragement about getting better. She would explain things to me I didn’t understand. Whatever I needed she was on top of it and was so kind all the time. Even if I felt like I was running her too much. She would say “No, that’s what I’m here for.” Having her more than one time I felt I could talk to her and did. She took the time to sit with me, hear my story, my fears, and troubles with so much compassion! Long story short, I feel that we really bonded! Kyrstyn gave me encouragement that I haven’t ever had to go back to school become a nurse and fulfill my dreams. She told me that she would help me with whatever. Just such a God sent!! She really touched my heart! She made me feel as if she had known me always and that she was my friend and would stand behind me. Made me cry and gave me so much hope!!! Hate that I’m sick but so glad God brought me here and her in my life! She truly deserves the DAISY AWARD!!

I’m truly leaving this hospital physically sick but spiritually, emotionally happy because of the encouragement & kindness from Kyrstyn.
