During my hospital stay, I experienced discomfort with my IV, which had already been replaced several times over the course of a few days. I was feeling anxious and worried that I might seem difficult or overly sensitive about the situation.

That’s when La-Ny stepped in. From the moment she entered the room, her kindness and calm presence made a world of difference. She took the time to listen, reassured me that my concerns were valid, and made sure I felt safe and heard. She was truly the most comforting and supportive nurse I had during my admission.
