Lacey helped us work through all the scheduling, she explained everything (sometimes multiple times) she was always positive, always kind, always professional, and in a world of “leave a message”, she was available.
My husband has had several procedures including four ablations and multiple cardioversions. He also had a DVT and Pulmonary embolism. We finally are scheduled for a procedure that is supposed to finally resolve his issues. Just days before finally getting this fixed, we received a letter from EBMS stating that they wouldn’t pay for it. It was devastating because my husband couldn’t tolerate the meds he was on any longer. Through hours of phone calls, consultations, appeals, and denials, it became tragically obvious that he wasn’t going to get his surgery.

During this time, Lacey was always available to us. She always had access to the information we needed, she answered or called back right away, and she was calm, tolerant, and kind in our most desperate moments. She is clear and knowledgeable when we needed a beacon to guide us through this situation. Having a heart problem and heart procedures is terrifying, especially with so many things that need to coordinate properly. We are switching insurance companies and through the nightmare, a light began to shine.

Lacey helped us work through all the scheduling, she explained everything (sometimes multiple times) she was always positive, always kind, always professional, and in a world of “leave a message”, she was available. Her obvious organizational skills give me so much confidence in Billings Clinic. Lacey is helping to get things coordinated for my husband’s surgery ASAP. She has fired me up when I needed it and she has talked me off the ledge when I needed that, too. His journey is ongoing. I don’t know where it will take us. Obviously, however, we have had a lot of people fighting for us at Billings Clinic. No words can fully express our gratefulness, but at this moment, I must thank Lacy for being the one I have depended on and has come through for us in countless ways. We are forever grateful. Words are insufficient.
