Lacey D Hike, ADN

Lacey was very prompt and professional and catered to every need during the veteran's visit. She stayed with the veteran the entire time making sure he had water, an ice pack, and his personal wheelchair. After taking vitals, she stayed with him until the Doctor arrived. After the exam, Lacey took the time to take the veteran to various tests and remained by his side the entire time. She was helpful in arranging transportation back to his hotel. Lacey was kind and empathetic and she was very thorough with discharge instructions and made sure the veteran understood everything. She then took the veteran to the pharmacy and stayed with him until his transportation arrived. She made the veteran feel very important and cared for.
