Lacey Hughett identified a great need from one of our long-term patients. They could not access their phone and needed this in order to have stimulation throughout the day as well as to stay in touch with their friends and family.
Lacey proactively sought out staff in order to come up with the money to buy this patient an iPad for Christmas. This will go a long way to helping this patient throughout their hospital stay and into the future.
This was an amazing act of kindness on Lacey's part to identify a problem and navigate a solution for the patient. This went above and beyond what is expected.
