There are multiple reasons that I feel Lacey is a DAISY Nurse. Working with Lacey over the years, I have witnessed her dedication to patients in real time. Lacey has worked extremely hard to build a reputable practice at Riverland/Trinity Medical, from her efforts in converting the clinic into a Rural Health Clinic to be able to reach a larger population of patients, to covering at clinics when there were no other providers available to treat patients.

Lacey has been asked to cover multiple providers' patient schedules with little notice and she always does what has to be done in the best interest of the patients involved. I have seen Lacey make very complicated medical decisions in life-threatening situations, which may have gone overlooked by other providers. Lacey takes time to really listen to her patients and treats each patient with dignity and respect, which makes her an excellent practitioner.

I had the opportunity to experience Lacey's medical knowledge and compassion on a very personal level when she treated me during my illness with COVID-19. Lacey not only ordered multiple imaging tests to diagnose COVID pneumonia but continually revised my medications and treatment plan. She also called to check on me on a regular basis. I give Lacey full credit for keeping me out of the hospital and for guiding me through a complete recovery.

Lacey Keeth is the perfect example of a nurse who does above and beyond for her patients and staff. Lacey has worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic, short-staffed, and has never complained or lost her vision of providing excellent care to all of her patients. We should all be thankful to have a medical provider at Trinity Medical who puts so much effort and time into caring for her patients.
