Laci has made the most horrible experience of our lives (our son being ill) bearable. She has comforted, hugged, encouraged. I feel more like I have a new friend than a nurse. Laci has incredible attention to detail, answered our questions, advocated for our son, and truly calmed me down during my meltdowns as I watched my son deteriorate. I will forever have a new appreciation for nurses because of Laci. She is incredible. We Love Laci!
