She has an overwhelmingly positive attitude and cares for not only patients but also nursing staff and other staff from different departments. She has quickly become a rock for not just nursing but all other disciplines as well. She stays late when she sees help needed and will jump in to move patients, bring them a drink, or basically do anything that is needed. Her leadership is top-notch and is something that the rest of us leaders can only strive to be.
