Lacy Burnett, RN

I'm a trans man and I've struggled with my body ever since I went through puberty. Top surgery has been something I've wanted for a long time but the reality of it was nerve-wracking. Lacy listened to my story and soothed my fears. She held my hand as the doctors injected a local anesthetic. She made me feel safe even while I was getting needles stuck inside me. I only wish I had gotten to thank her before I left the hospital. Since I couldn't thank her then I want to thank her now. Thank you so much Lacy for making my experience something healing.
