Lacy Garth, MSN, RN

During semester 6 Professor Garth went above and beyond to make sure all students would be set up for success. She is there as a teacher and for counsel when needed. As a student who was not doing well on the first 2 exams, I sat with her each time to go over where I can improve and talk about how or why I missed the questions. With each review, I used her guidance and improved so much. I understood the content and was able to remember it! Throughout the semester she was supportive of issues not in her class. Her support shows in class clinicals, 7 everywhere on campus. She communicates with students and proves she is dedicated to the school and everything it may entail. Without a doubt, her name is the first one I think of for this award. From her guidance and support, work ethic, dedication, and motivation, Lacy Garth could not be more deserving of this award.
